Customer Satisfaction Analysis and Proposals for its Improvement

This thesis focuses on the analysis of members satisfaction and loyalty of the selected fitness club ZONE4YOU, ltd. Analysis is carried out through a questionnaire, which includes a metric Net Promoter Score (NPS) as a tool for querying. The thesis finding is real satisfaction and loyalty of members. It also includes proposals that can increase the current level of customer satisfaction and willingness to recommend the fitness club to the others.

Kovář, D. Customer care in a selected marketing agency. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor thesis deals with the research of customer satisfaction in an unnamed marketing agency. The research is carried out by means of a questionnaire survey of the clients in marketing agency. The questionnaire research had a return of approximately thirty percent. Subsequently, anonymized research was carried out on thirteen competing marketing agencies. Based on results of both researches were created recommendations for improving the quality of care in the selected marketing agency. Costs were quantified to better prioritize the implementation in recommendations. Based on research conducted, it was found that the marketing agency has mainly satisfied customers and its service is of a high standard. The weaknesses of the marketing agency are speed, working with social media and inappropriate selection of some items for presentation to customers. Compared to competitors researched marketing angency has an advantage in the complexity of services and client education.
Freetime Activity to E-sport: Players Stands Agains Professionalisation of CS:GO

This work focuses on the professionalisation of e-sport, where we watch the transition of playing video games to a professional competitive level. The work is specified in the Counter- Strike video game environment: Global Offensive, which is one of the most eminent e-sport disciplines in terms of number of players and time played by both amateur and professional players. In this work, e-sport is grasped in terms of the professionalization of free-time video game play, where professionalisation means an increase in the number of actors and their mutual influence forming the social network. The subject of the research is the attitude of players to transform the Counter-Strike Global Offensive, where the possibilities of the reactions that the players will choose for this transformation are grounded in A. Hirschman's Exit, Voice and Loyalty theory, which is applied to the Counter-Strike Global Offensive . The research data for this work is analyzed by semi-structured interviews with professional CS players: GO. The starting point of the work is the wider context of the attitudes of professional players and the choice of their strategy in response to the professionalisation of CS: GO.

This work focuses on women characters in the poetry of czech poet Viktor Dyk, examines their basic features and symbolism and offers basic summary about their occurrences and relevance in author's poetry and in czech poetry at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. It's based chosen critical reactions on poetry of Viktor Dyk and particular examples from author's poems. It also offers basic material and ideologic starting point for further research of author's poetry and characters. Impact of the customer satisfaction and other indicators on company`s market share

In the present hypercompetitive market environment of car producers established especially at the developed west european markets is very difficult to gain new customers and increase the market share. The car producing companies have to build and increase customer loyalty to ensure the sustainable growth of market share in the future. One possibility how to improve customer's loyality to brand is to provide the highest standard at both sales and service department and carefully monitor the customer satisfaction. From the satisfaction and performance indicators of the car producing company is possible to construct a mathematical model producing the market share in a given country as an output. Key indikators of customer satisfaction, sales and service and also the macroeconomical data has been used as the inputs for the model. As a target market for my analysis has been chosen Germany. This thesis presents a set of recommendations and proposals, whose implementation should ensure the improvement of the market share of the given brand on german market. The recommendation does not include only the tips for improvement of the key indicators but it also gives the overview of how to make the marketing strategy more efficient using Customer relationship management.
